1. Binding Agreement & Platform Access

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Buyer," or "Customer") and Easywires Copper Co. ("Easywires," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our storefront (easywires.co), placing an order, or browsing our catalog, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access our storefront. Under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, you declare that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts in India.

2. Product Catalog, Purity Guarantee & Authenticity

• 99.9% Pure Copper Guarantee: Every coin minted and sold by Easywires Copper Co. is guaranteed to be 99.9% pure fine copper. Each order is delivered with an official Certificate of Authenticity specifying metal purity, net weight, and hallmark verification.
• Product Images & Craft Variations: We take every precaution to display authentic product photography. However, due to handcrafted gift packaging, velvet linings, natural metal lighting, and computer screen settings, subtle finish variations may occur.
• Anti-Tarnish Micro-Seal: Our copper coins feature a protective micro-seal coating designed to resist oxidation. Natural copper patina that develops gradually over prolonged exposure to atmospheric humidity is an authentic property of pure metal and does not constitute a defect.

3. Pricing, Goods & Services Tax (GST) & Payment

• Currency & Taxes: All product prices listed on Easywires are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment Processing: We accept payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and RBI-regulated prepaid payment instruments through encrypted payment gateways (Shopify Payments / Razorpay).
• Price Adjustments: Easywires reserves the right to modify prices, launch promotional discounts, or update delivery fees at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already received an official order confirmation.
• Pricing Errors: In the rare event of a typographical or system error displaying an incorrect product price, Easywires reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the buyer.

4. Order Acceptance, Fulfillment & Buyer Cancellation

Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Easywires reserves the right to accept, limit, or decline any order prior to dispatch due to stock unavailability, payment verification issues, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Cancellation Policy: Customers may request order cancellation free of charge prior to dispatch from our warehouse by contacting our concierge team via WhatsApp (+91 9560334008) or Email (easywirecoppercoins@gmail.com). Once an order has been dispatched with a tracking number assigned, it cannot be cancelled in transit.

5. Pan-India Shipping, Express Delivery & Transit Risk

• Insured Shipping: Easywires provides complimentary express courier delivery across India for all catalog orders. All shipments are fully insured during transit against loss or theft.
• Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery timelines are estimated at 3 to 5 business days across major cities in India. Delivery schedules may be subject to minor delays during peak festive seasons (Diwali/Dhanteras), extreme weather conditions, or local courier operational constraints.
• Tamper-Evident Packaging: Packages are dispatched in sealed, tamper-evident outer cartons. If the outer shipping box appears physically damaged or tampered with upon delivery, customers are advised to record an unboxing video and report the issue immediately.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refund Protocol

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

• 7-Day Replacement / Return Window: If you receive a coin or gift box that is defective, damaged during transit, or substantially different from your ordered product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Return Verification: Returned items must include all original packaging, velvet gift boxes, Certificate of Authenticity, and protective capsules.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days post receipt and physical inspection of the returned package at our mint center.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this storefront—including the brand name "Easywires Copper Co.," logos, coin surface designs, packaging artwork, copy, graphics, photographs, button icons, and overall interface design—is the exclusive intellectual property of Easywires Copper Co. and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Easywires Copper Co., its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or purchased products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for that specific order.

Neither party shall be held responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to events of Force Majeure (including natural disasters, government restrictions, epidemics, strikes, or major logistics network failures).

9. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or storefront purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in New Delhi, India.
